Our restaurant offers a big variety of dishes coming both from Italian and Ligurian tradition, with special attention to fish dishes. It also offers special menus for children? And is open not only to hotel guests.

The cooking resents of the special morphology of the territory; tastes of sea and aromas of land wisely melted to de light the palates more demanding. Geona’s cuisine is ingenious, inventive and simple. The region’s arduous agricultural past has given rise to such creative cuisine.

For its simplicity and its attention to a few key ingredients it is certainly one of the most popular styles of Italian cuisine.

Our chef’s proposals include “trenette”, “gnocchi” and “trofie” with pesto sauce or “pansotti” with a delicious “salsa di noci” and the famous “torta Pasqualina”. For those who love fish dishes the chef suggest “ravioli di pesce”, “taglierini con l’astice” e many other typical dishes from our Ligurian Cuisine.
